Specializing in the treatment of adult and pediatric bone and joint disorders, Dr. Granger’s practice encompasses a wide array of surgical and non-surgical treatments for orthopedic disorders. Although his practice encompasses all of orthopedics, Dr. Granger has a special interest in sports medicine. He is a board certified and subspecialty certified in sports medicine. Dr. Granger earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering at the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now UL) and was employed as an engineer for five years prior to enrolling in medical school. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Granger completed his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport. Dr. Granger is originally from Catahoula and is married with three children. He joined Hamilton Medical Group in 1999.
